QADTP Quality Assurance is a must for every Localization Service Provider offering multilingual DTP services. The importance of this matter is now even greater since more and more DTP tasks are being outsourced. Quality control can also be externalized but only if the process is transparent enough and fully “controllable” by the organization.
InOtherWords China Localization Team offers all this to our Clients.
Our quality assurance methods are fully transparent and the Client can verify them at any time and adjust them to their needs. We take both: general and project specific checks into account. The results of every QA are also recorded on either InOtherWord Localization Team’s or the Client’s QA forms. Useful statistics can be produced based on the results of the QA within a specific timeframe.
All errors found during the QA process are divided into categories and based on that many useful conclusions can be made and also process improvements presented to our Customers.
